About Me

When I was five, I knew I wanted to be a doctor. Since childhood, I strived to become a physician. My passion for total health was reignited when I became a certified dance instructor at the tender age of 15. In dance rehearsal and when on stage, I learned the importance of a healthy mindset in order to maintain a healthy body. I was responsible for teaching ballet, modern and jazz dance at the Tanis K. Dasher Dance Academy. I furthered my passion by combining my profession and hobby into one avenue, which was total health. It was then I learned the mindset of a dancer is one of stamina, endurance, hard work and pushing yourself to the limits until you achieve your desired goals. My goal is to provide optimal health, education and empowerment to our members as total health is part of a moment-by-moment body transformation that is achievable with focus and perseverance.
