About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente; my colleagues and patients are a pleasure to work with. I look forward to helping you optimize your health.

Biography

I was born in Taiwan but grew up here in Southern California. I decided to become a physician in high school after some positive volunteer experiences. I wanted to be able to make a positive difference in people's lives, and being in medicine allows me to do that. After completion of my training, my husband and I returned to Southern California to be near family and to enjoy the good weather year-round.

About my practice

Medicine allows me to connect with and help people in a meaningful way. I enjoy helping women understand and improve their health through all the stages of their adult lives, including adolescence, pregnancy, and menopause.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I thrive by doing aerobics and running after my two small children and two large dogs. In addition, I play the piano and am taking up photography.
