About Me

Welcome to my Web page! I’m so glad to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I truly love working at Kaiser Permanente, and look forward to partnering with you to care for your health.

Biography

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be a physician, and I’ve moved all over the country in pursuit of this dream. I grew up in the suburbs of San Francisco, and moved to North Carolina for my undergraduate degree at Duke University—go Blue Devils! I lived in Washington, DC, for a year, doing research while I applied to medical school. After my first winter in Chicago during medical school, I knew I wanted to come back home to California! During medical school, I fell in love with obstetrics and gynecology. I completed my training at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center in obstetrics and gynecology.

About my practice

I am incredibly fortunate to have found my passion in obstetrics and gynecology. I chose this field because I value the close relationship that forms between a member and her Ob/Gyn. I love having the opportunity to care for women through many venues—in the office, in labor and delivery, or in the operating room—and through all phases of a woman's life, from her first baby until menopause. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment in my practice so members will be able to bring up any questions and concerns. I believe that only through a solid partnership between a member and her physician, can health goals be achieved.

How I thrive

I’m constantly striving to achieve a balance of mind, body, and spirit, because that's when I’m at my best. I find my balance when I’m around people who restore me, particularly my fiancé, my family, and my friends. I love being outdoors, dipping my toes in the ocean, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
