About Me

I am glad to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you, and I look forward to participating in your care.

Biography

I was born in Vietnam, moved to the United States as an infant, and have lived in California ever since. I went to medical school and completed my residency at USC. After my training, I spent the next seven years as clinical faculty at the County USC Pediatric Emergency Department. In 2012, I chose to join Kaiser Permanente to practice pediatric primary care because I missed establishing long-term relationships with children and their families.

About my practice

I primarily work at the Cudahy Medical Offices, but also in the Pediatric After Hours Clinic/Urgent Care at Bellflower two to three times per week. I have a strong appreciation for Latino culture. I chose Cudahy Medical Offices as my primary care base because I enjoy speaking Spanish and can continue caring for Latino members.

How I thrive

Living a balanced life is very important to me. Spending time with my family and friends is my main priority. My interests include attending performing arts events, such as the symphony or the ballet. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants, but balance this with regular exercise on the elliptical and treadmill. My true special interest is traveling, especially to other countries. I love learning about new cultures and tasting international foods.
