About Me

It is very important that you feel comfortable with your pediatrician. I hope this Web page will help you get to know me better.

Biography

I am a native Southern Californian who went to UCLA (Go Bruins!). I began my professional career in IT as a software developer. After a while, I realized that I wanted to help people more directly and went back to school to become a physician. I speak English, some Hebrew, and medical Spanish, and I am improving my Spanish fluency through language courses. I truly enjoy being a pediatrician and helping children and their families.

About my practice

My goal is to help your child be healthy through prevention and a healthy lifestyle. However, when illness does intrude, you can count on my training, expertise, and calm demeanor to offer the best medical advice and guidance. In the end, health care is a mutual responsibility that we will embark upon together.

How I thrive

In order to bring energy and enthusiasm every day as a pediatrician, I need to enjoy my personal life and practice a healthy lifestyle. I stay in shape through basketball (my favorite sport to play and watch—I am a lifelong diehard Lakers fan), skiing, and Israeli folk dancing. I also eat a healthy Mediterranean diet with lots of natural foods and vegetables. To keep my mind energized, I love spending time with my wife and our cats, traveling to new places, and reading a good novel. Family is also important to me, and I always look forward to the next gathering, celebration, or holiday event.
