About Me

After completing my medical training in Philadelphia, I did my family medicine residency in Maine. Following that I practiced in rural Maine for five years. I relocated to Colorado in 2006. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente in 2015, I worked at a community health clinic in Denver. My husband and two children and I moved to Evergreen, Colorado, in 2013.

About my practice

What I most enjoy about family medicine is caring for people at all different life stages and ages. I have always taken care of newborns though older adults. Family medicine offers diversity, challenge, and the opportunity to build relationships over time, all of which continue to enrich my professional and personal life.

How I thrive

I thrive when I practice what most of us believe is good for our overall health. I try to eat well, exercise, get enough sleep, maintain a sense of humor, and practice gratefulness and positivity. I enjoy connecting with family and friends who strengthen and inspire me.
