About Me

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to visit my Web page and learn a little bit about me. I love being an obstetrician/gynecologist and working for such a great organization.

Biography

I have been practicing at Kaiser Permanente's West Los Angeles Medical Center since late 2010. I was lucky enough to do my training through Kaiser Permanente as well (in San Francisco). Prior to training I did my medical school and undergraduate work at University of Southern California. Go Trojans! I am fortunate to be practicing in Southern California and to live close to my very tight-knit family, who are in Orange County. I have 3 sisters who are all close by, and I love spending time with friends and family, as well as exercising, cooking healthy food, running, reading, and traveling.

About my practice

I am lucky to be part of a great Kaiser Permanente family and department. I love what I do and am able to practice medicine in a way that keeps the best interests of the patient in mind. I consider myself a thorough physician and a great listener, and am here to take care of my patients' needs. I love to see patients of all ages, maintain their health, deal with acute and chronic problems, do surgery, and deliver babies of course!

How I thrive

I make it a top priority to exercise at least 3 times a week with my amazing personal trainer. I ran a marathon (my first!) in 2013 and although it was hard, it really helped me grow as a person and meet my personal goals. I try to eat well, cook, and maintain portion control. I do my best to get a good night's sleep and make time for what's important to me, including my job, personal life, and hobbies!
