About Me

I’m a native Oregonian who loves all the green splendor that the state offers, but I also love traveling to experience other cultures. I grew up in rural Oregon with an interest in helping people and working in health care.

About my practice

In the three years of my internal medicine residency training, I learned more than I could have possibly imagined, but I realize that I have a lifetime of learning ahead of me. I seek to make connections with my patients while providing quality and diligent health care, and I've found that if I remain true to this, I practice my best medicine.

How I thrive

Taking care of my body and mind allows me not only to be a better physician but also to be a happier human. I love exercising (preferably outside!) — biking, hiking, running, yoga, and fueling my body with delicious food! Traveling is something I've done since childhood and remains not only a fun hobby but also an important way to connect with other facets of humanity.
