About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am glad to have the opportunity to tell you a bit about me and about my practice.

Biography

I grew up in Florida and went to school on the East Coast. I chose to become a doctor because I knew I wanted to help people. Medicine is important work that allows me to be a positive force in the lives of people. I cannot think of anything else I would rather do. My parents are from the Philippines, but I do not know Tagalog (I would like to learn to speak it!). I greatly admire those who speak multiple languages.

About my practice

My clinic is at the Kaiser Permanente Orchard Medical Offices in Downey where I work with other internists caring for adult patients. As a patient of mine, I will do my absolute best for you to give the highest quality care. I want to keep you as healthy as possible, but if you get sick, I will make sure you get the best care possible. It is an honor and privilege for me to provide you with high-quality medical care.

How I thrive

Personally, I think exercising is the key to staying healthy physically. I like to run, and I usually run five miles a day. I like to play basketball and many sports. Of course, this is only a part of the whole equation of the person. If you can, you should read as many books as you can. Rest and relaxation, along with stimulating your mind, are also very important. Finally, I consider myself a Christian, but truly there are many faiths and traditions. I feel if you live a moral life, you can’t go wrong.
