About Me

Hi, my name is Frances. Welcome to my Web page! I've been working here since 2009, and I enjoy coming to work each day. I'm a general pediatrician, but I also work closely with the asthma team.

I went to medical school at Northwestern University. I loved Chicago but I missed my family and the warm Southern California weather, so I came back for my residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. I enjoy missionary work and try to be involved in medical missions every few years. I've helped out in Thailand, Guam, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.

About my practice

It's definitely a privilege to be able to care for your children both when they're healthy and when they're sick. I encourage a healthy life style through exercise, good nutrition, vaccinations, and having fun. I have Mondays off, but usually work after hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, so you can bring your children after school to see me if they aren't feeling well. I also have a great group of colleagues who will consult and help!

How I thrive

I try to keep a balanced life. I love traveling, so I try to travel internationally once per year. That also allows me to do mission work. I keep active by running and hiking. I'm fortunate to have a group of friends who also enjoy running and we've run several half marathons together and have even participated in Ragnar Relays. I hope to see you out there!
