About Me

Hello. I am happy to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you.

Biography

I have been with Kaiser Permanente at Panorama City since 2003. I grew up in Southern California but left after medical school to continue my training in Houston, Texas, and then in Seattle, Washington. It was nice to be able to return to Southern California to be near family and friends again.

About my practice

I am fortunate to be able to practice both of my specialties here at Kaiser Permanente. I see members both as a general pediatrician and as a pediatric infectious disease specialist. I have a panel of pediatric members whom I follow from birth until 18 years for their well child visits and vaccinations as well as treating their illnesses and medical problems. In addition, I see members by referral for more complex infectious disease problems such as antibiotic resistant infections, serious infections requiring hospitalization, HIV, tuberculosis, and for consultation and vaccinations before traveling.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is important to me. I spend most of my time outside of work with my family, including two young children who keep me very busy. We try to eat healthy foods, exercise, and laugh and play every day.
