About Me

I'm a Texas gal who loves Oregon. College chemistry at Texas Woman's University led to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then to a master's degree at the University of Texas. After gaining experience in cardiac and emergency nursing, I completed my anesthesia education at University of Texas, Houston. My anesthesia practice began at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

About my practice

The intellectual and physical coordination involved in providing anesthesia is a perfect fit for me. I appreciate close, one-on-one care where my input makes a difference to my patients. I really do subscribe to the belief that the team takes care of our patients like family.

How I thrive

There are so many ways to enjoy Oregon. I may never find them all, but I will keep looking! I love the mountains, coast, rivers, and music. I hike, bike, ski, and am learning to surf. And, my family's growing reputation as foodies is justified, in my humble opinion.
