About Me

I was born and raised in the Northwest, living here my entire life except for a few years in Irvine, California completing my Family Medicine residency. I came to Kaiser Permanente in 2005, after being in a small group practice for 12 years. I love the Northwest, and the opportunities for hiking and travel that I share with my wife and two sons.

About my practice

I am a Family Medicine physician, and I believe that being a caring, listening provider is the best way to approach patient concerns, involving them in decisions that involve their care.

How I thrive

I unwind by spending time with my family, enjoying activities together. I like walking as a form of exercise, and sometimes just sitting enjoying the outdoors helps me to relax. Photography is a favorite hobby of mine, and I like to take advantage of this whenever I can
