Hi, I’m Pam. I'm glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and welcome you to my Web page.
I was born in Taiwan, but immigrated to the United States at a very young age. I grew up in Missouri, and remained in the Midwest for college and medical school. I finished my Internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic. After visiting a friend here in San Diego, I just fell in love with sunny weather and loved the idea of surfing every day—so I made San Diego my home for good.
I'm board-certified in internal medicine, and currently work as full-time hospitalist, caring for adults and elderly members who are admitted to the hospital. It’s a privilege to help members understand what concerns them, translate what they may not grasp, get them appropriate evaluations, and communicate with them and their families.
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I enjoy being outdoors, surfing, traveling, and spending time with family.
