About Me

I am native of New Jersey, and after completing medical school at UMDNJ/Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, I ventured down to Atlanta and completed my internal medicine residency at Emory University. I completed my infectious diseases fellowship at New York University in New York City and returned to Atlanta to start my career with Kaiser Permanente.

About my practice

I aim to be both compassionate and honest during each interaction with our members, and I believe that it is essential for patients to understand their diagnoses and the treatment plans going forward. I also hope to empower my patients to make healthier choices; Choices that will either prevent the development of infectious diseases or improve clinical outcomes when these diseases occur.

How I thrive

I thrive at Kaiser Permanente by striking a good balance between home and work responsibilities. I am an avid swimmer and distance runner, and I have completed the NYC Marathon and Publix GA Marathon in recent years. I enjoy classical music and jazz and use meditation to help relieve stress. I enjoy spending time with my family and continuing to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, even on weekends.
