I'm originally from Maryland, where I lived until graduating from medical school. I then spent 10 years in New York City, where I completed my residency training and enjoyed working in one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country. I came to Portland for a change of pace from the East Coast, and for more opportunities to explore the outdoors.
As an emergency physician, I enjoy seeing patients from different backgrounds with all kinds of health issues. I believe that all people should have access to excellent health care.
To stay healthy, I spend time with my family, explore the city and the outdoors, and exercise to keep myself strong. Currently I am enjoying kickboxing, which is a fantastic workout and a great way to relieve stress!
