About Me

Welcome to my web page. I'm glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. It's very important that you feel comfortable with your physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.

Biography

I grew up in Hangzhou, China. Our family moved to the United States when I was 14 years old. Most of my education was in the Midwest. After medical school, I trained at Washington University in St. Louis for my residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery. I then completed a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Children's Hospital.

About my practice

I am a board certified head and neck surgeon, and fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist. I am trained in the medical and surgical management of all aspects of general otolaryngology including disorders of ears, sinuses, larynx, oral cavity, pharynx, as well as pathologies of the neck and face. I specialize in the area of pediatric otolaryngology and otology. I speak conversational Mandarin.

How I thrive

I am fortunate to have a happy family life and close friends. Our two young boys keep my husband and I active, indoors and out.
