About Me

Hello, my name is Dr. Singla. I’m a primary care physician treating members between 18 to 98 years of age at Kaiser Permanente Lancaster Medical Offices. I encourage you, along with all my members, to take an active role in pursuing good health.

Biography

I was born and raised in India by my parents—neither of whom were doctors. With their encouragement, I went to medical school in India and practiced as an Ob/Gyn there for some time. I then followed my brother to the United States to be closer to my siblings and further my medical training. Here in America, I interned and performed my residency with Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center. If you are fortunate enough to be trained there, you are equipped to handle just about any situation that may arise. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008 and have been impressed by its efficient and organized approach to medicine. I find that Kaiser Permanente is very supportive of both its members and physicians.

About my practice

As your primary care physician, we’ll work together to help you find a proper path to better health. I encourage all of my members to practice healthy eating habits, exercise regularly, and avoid destructive habits such as smoking.

How I thrive

When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking healthy meals, and shopping! Since I don’t smoke or drink, I must confess the one vice I allow myself is bargain shopping. I do it as often as I can. Besides, walking around the mall laden with packages is good exercise! I also enjoy traveling. I’ve been to many parts of Canada and the United States but honestly believe Hawaii is the most beautiful place on Earth. I go there whenever I need to recharge my spirits.
