Shape the future of care: Join Kaiser Permanente Fresno’s Patient Advisory Council
Join Kaiser Permanente Fresno’s Patient Advisory Council (PAC) and become a Patient Partner in our Person and Family Centered Care (PFCC) Program.
Together, we’re redefining health care by teaming up with patients, families, and caregivers to help improve quality, safety, and the care experience across all settings.
Why join a PAC?
- Advise on member communications
- Share feedback to help improve care
- Collaborate on performance improvement teams
- Influence care preferences and priorities
- Help shape policies, programs, and practices
The Fresno PAC meets monthly with leaders and physicians to discuss topics such as enhancing hospital stays, improving facilities, increasing access to care – and more.
Member and patient feedback are critical to improving the care experience. Both new and long-time Kaiser Permanente members are encouraged to apply. Applicants will complete a screening and interview process.
