About this program

This group promotes awareness of contemporary teen stressors and their impact on parent-teen relations. Group includes discussion of coping skills, mood management, problem-solving, and negotiation. Each teen must be accompanied by an adult. New members accepted as openings become available.
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES

This 8-session series is available any Monday or Wednesday, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at South Sac Child Psychiatry Dept. at the Wyndham Building.

The following class is offered through Kaiser’s Department of Child Psychiatry. Please know that babysitting is NOT provided. This class is taught/conducted in English with an interpreter provided in preferred language unless otherwise indicated.
