When anger causes challenges with family, friends, or colleagues, we can help. Learn to identify anger triggers, develop communication skills, and practice new ways to respond instead of letting your emotions overcome you. This series does not satisfy the court-ordered treatment required for domestic violence, or any other order. Your registration receipt is the only proof of attendance. Open to the community.
