About this program

In this four-week course, participants will be provided with an opportunity to explore their styles of communication and the barriers to assertiveness; the differences between assertiveness and aggressiveness; and tools to practice assertiveness communication skills with interactive class exercises. A recommended textbook is, Your Perfect Right.
HOW TO PREPARE

Pre-Registration is required for all classes.
