Any services received or billed after your statement date will not appear on the current bill. Services and related payments may take more than one billing cycle (30 days) to appear, and they may appear on a future bill. Depending on where you received services, you may receive a physician bill, a hospital bill or both.
If you have a health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), or a flexible spending account (FSA), please keep your bill for reimbursement and tax purposes.
When you pay from your checking account, you are allowing us to use information from your checking account to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account and to process the payment as a check transaction.
When we use information from your checking account to make an electronic fund transfer, we may withdraw funds from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. If your payment is returned unpaid, you allow us to collect the returned item fee (minimum $25) from your account.
If you have questions about your payment, please contact the customer service number on your ID card.
