Walnut Creek Medical Center Parking Garage East Elevator Construction

Over the next several months, you'll see a lot construction activity in and around the Walnut Creek Medical Center as we work to improve access to our facility and the overall safety of our campus.

Beginning Monday, June 19, 2017 the Walnut Creek Medical Center east parking garage elevators will be closed for construction. The east elevators are getting a large scale upgrade that will increase the size, and improve the speed and functionally of the elevators for our members. We anticipate this construction to be completed by the end of December 2017.

Construction crews will be closing a small number of parking spaces on each floor to create safe walking paths for members to easily access the west elevators.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience. We've planned the work as much as possible to minimize the impact to our members, but in some cases, disruptions may occur.

Please allow extra time when coming to the campus for appointments or picking up prescriptions. For your convenience, you can also order prescriptions by mail or to be delivered to another Kaiser Permanente location of your choice. The toll free number for the mail order refills is 1-888-218-6245.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our facility for everyone.
