Mountain Colorado

Kaiser Permanente Edwards and Frisco medical offices are now closed​.


Effective December 27, 2019, Kaiser Permanente has closed the Edwards and Frisco Medical Offices and will no longer offer health plans in the Mountain Colorado service area. 

If you have a plan that extends into 2020, you may continue to receive care and treatment from a network provider until the end of your plan year. You may contact your provider directly for an appointment.

Any other Kaiser Permanente Colorado medical office will continue to be available to you for care and treatment until the end of your plan year.
