We know quitting tobacco can be difficult to do. That's why we offer a range of proven approaches to help you.

There are many methods available — we'll help you find the one that works best for you.

Wellness coaching by phone

Our wellness coaches can help you quit tobacco. Wellness coaching is offered to Kaiser Permanente members at no charge.

Make an appointment Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time. Coaching is available in English and Spanish.

Learn a variety of techniques to help you become smoke-free. Browse our health classes directory to see what's available at your location.

Pharmacy benefit

You may be eligible to receive tobacco cessation medications at your drug benefit co-payment price with a prescription from your doctor. In some cases, you may need to participate in an approved tobacco cessation program.
