Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and to tell you about my work as a physician and physician administrator at Kaiser Permanente. I’m an internal medicine physician, and I’ve been practicing for more than 20 years in the Orange County area. For several years, I have served in my administrative role as the urgent care and after-hours director for the Family Medicine Department, while also working as an urgent care physician. I feel fortunate to be able to work at Kaiser Permanente both as a clinician, and as an administrator working to make our organization the best health care delivery system it can be.
I’m a native Southern Californian who was born in the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. I’m the first generation son of Italian immigrant parents. I’ve always enjoyed the practice of medicine because of the opportunity it gives me to interact with so many of our interesting members. I hope my experiences with members can improve both your physical and your emotional well-being.
About my practice
As an urgent care physician, my goal is to serve as a compliment to your primary care physician in providing you with care for your urgent medical needs. With our electronic health record system, I’m able to gain extensive insight into your medical history, and to communicate your issues to your primary care physician clearly and easily. When you need to utilize our urgent care services, our goal is to provide the same friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service you receive from your personal physician.
How I thrive
My free time is taken up by my multiple passions. My first love is my wonderful wife and three children. I’m thrilled by their daily achievements. I’m especially proud that my daughter is now also a doctor—currently training as an emergency physician. I enjoy sports, exercise regularly, and consider myself an avid golfer. I’m a fan of food and wine, and I enjoy cooking, collecting, and drinking wine.
