How to schedule appointments
After-hours and urgent care centers are available to you after our Kaiser Permanente facilities are closed. We recommend you call the 24/7 advice line before going to an after-hours or urgent care center:
We provide extended, nonemergency, nonroutine care after normal business hours.
Urgent care on Maui and Hawaii Island
The following urgent care centers on Maui and Hawaii Island are contracted with Kaiser Permanente. These urgent care centers are available to you after our Kaiser Permanente facilities are closed. Your regular office copay will be collected at the time of service. If, upon review, your medical need is considered nonurgent, then you will be sent a bill for the full cost of care, including prescriptions.

Urgent care on Kauai
If our affiliated primary care providers and clinics on Kauai are closed, there’s one urgent care center on the island. Your regular office copay will be collected at the time of service.
Urgent care in Las Vegas
We contract with Concentra Urgent Care Centers and Walgreens Healthcare Clinics to provide urgent care services to members experiencing nonlife-threatening health problems while visiting Las Vegas.
When possible, call your doctor or after-hours advice nurse first to discuss your health situation. When visiting one of these urgent care clinics, present photo identification along with your member ID card. Walgreens or Concentra will bill you later according to your health plan benefits.
