For all other questions, call our Customer Service Center at (800) 966-5955 or 711 (TTY for the hearing/speech impaired).
A customer service representative will provide an interpreter over the phone.
* Our interpreter services are available only at Kaiser Permanente facilities. Requests for Kaiser Permanente members outside Kaiser Permanente facilities will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and Kaiser Permanente will provide interpretive services if the servicing non-Kaiser Permanente facility is not able to provide such service.
