I am originally from Detroit, and I attended the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) for my undergraduate studies and Michigan State University for medical school. My family and I relocated to Georgia in 2001 and have enjoyed living in the Atlanta metro area.
About my practice
I am a child and adolescent psychiatrist who enjoys treating children with a variety of psychiatric disorders. It is extremely rewarding to positively impact a child's life by improving their emotional and behavioral well-being. Childhood often sets the stage for adult success, and therefore, enhancing a child's potential is important. My theoretical approach is one that embraces the biopsychosocial (BPS) model of treatment.
How I thrive
Reading a book on the beach, in the Caribbean, at a spa destination is my favorite way to thrive!
