Kaiser Permanente medical center practitioner
My gender: Male
Yes, I'm accepting new patients.
Of Korean descent and having previously lived in the Midwest, I moved to Georgia in 2000. Since my residency training in 1991, I have had a wide clinical background in medicine from family practice to emergency room medicine and now adult medicine. The experiences have given me a knowledge base which has served me well in managing a variety of cases of all complexities. Along the way, I have also met some of nicest people as colleagues and also patients. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a doctor, and also balance this with my family life.
I am surrounded by wonderful support staff and colleagues at Kaiser Permanente. With the support available, I am able to practice medicine as I envision a medical practice should serve its patients. I treat our members with the care and concern that I would expect from a doctor if I were a patient. My goal is to give high-quality medical care in a timely and efficient manner, but with care and consideration to the members’ wishes and decisions.
I balance and replenish my energy through physical exercise, being with my family and listening and playing music. I started playing the piano when I was very young and then played the violin until college. I still enjoy occasionally picking up an instrument and playing in groups. I try to learn about different sports too, even if I have no prior experience in the sport. Learning about something new means growing as a person, and for me, it is a way to thrive.
