Reflecting on the enlightening road traveled during my medical career invariably leads to the recognition of the essential guiding lights of integrity, generosity and compassion. It continues to be a great journey accentuated by the most rewarding human interactions. I value greatly my early years in Haiti as well my adolescence and coming of age in the state of New York. My undergraduate degree in nutrition at Cornell University served as a spring board for an eventual career in cardiology. I feel a most humble sense of fulfillment in evaluating and treating our members' cardiovascular conditions.
About my practice
I have been practicing cardiology since 2005. Joining Kaiser Permanente in 2010 is a highlight in my career. The collegial work environment fosters highly competent, coordinated and integrated care for our members. I am proud to be part of the great Kaiser Permanente team. My current scope of practice includes clinical evaluation of potential cardiovascular symptoms and established ailments, performance and interpretation of echocardiography, routine treadmill stress testing, stress echocardiograms, nuclear stress testing, Holter monitoring and event monitoring. I also emphasize preventive care as it represents a cornerstone in the maintenance of cardiovascular health. Our Cardiology Department is dedicated to providing high-quality care for our members.
How I thrive
My interests revolve around understanding my fellow man better through exploring the local landscape, volunteering, learning about various cultures, reading, traveling and cultivating language skills. I am fluent in French, Haitian Creole and English. I also dabble in Portuguese and want to learn Spanish.
