I grew up in the Boston area. After graduating Boston College and Wake Forest University Medical School, I did my emergency medicine residency at University of Florida in Jacksonville. I served in the U.S. Navy as a medical officer for three years, stationed in Japan. I moved to Atlanta in 1993, and for 23 years, I worked in many emergency rooms around Atlanta. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2016.
About my practice
My specialty of emergency medicine is extremely exciting and fulfilling. Being the physician that is available to provide comfort and medical care to a person in dire need is professionally and personally rewarding.
How I thrive
My family life is how I thrive. Life is busy raising my two young, spirited sons. The three of us enjoy living on a lake, where we fish, swim, boat, ski, tube and jet ski. We follow Atlanta and Boston sports team. We enjoy vacationing and traveling to the beach, the mountains and amusement parks.
