Where I practice
I am originally from Oklahoma - "Sooner born, sooner bred, and when I die, I'll be sooner dead." I enjoy traveling, attending the theatre and I am a sports enthusiasts. I am also a proud dog parent to Roman! When I was young, I wanted to be a teacher like my grandmother. I believe that I was drawn to medicine because it is an opportunity to educate. The time spent with my grandmother is also the reason I went to geriatrics. I consider it a privilege to be in this profession and my passion for it continues to grow.
About my practice
I am a member of the Geriatrics Department. Our team focuses on the care of patients aged 65 and over. The physician, social worker and clinical pharmacist work as a team to develop a comprehensive plan of care for our members. I like to educate the patient (and family) on their health and care options, and include them in making their care plan. My goal is to help you achieve your health goals and maintain a productive life.
How I thrive
I try to find enjoyment in everything I do; otherwise it is not worth doing. I am blessed to have wonderful family and friends and work that I love. I am a runner and find that my runs give me energy and focus for my day. I am fanatical about college football (Go Sooners!) and enjoy playing with my dog.
