Review your member information
Make sure the membership information that’s connected to your health care plan is correct.
Search our directory of doctors based on your needs, preferences, and location. If you’ve already selected an affiliated provider, please click on “I don’t need to do this step”. Most specialty departments require a referral from your primary care physician (PCP). If you have been under the care of or need to see a specialist, discuss this with your PCP at your first appointment. If you select a new doctor, it may take a few minutes for your choice to appear on this page.
Start the process of moving your prescriptions from your current pharmacy to Kaiser Permanente. You need to choose your primary care doctor before you do this step. (If you don’t need to do this step now, you can do it later on the Pharmacy page.)
Start by scheduling a physical with your doctor or a virtual appointment to go over your specific health needs. If you have medications to transfer, please do this before scheduling your first visit. Note: Once you’ve scheduled your visit, go to Appointments anytime to review, or cancel it.
