Yes, my office is accepting new patients. May require referral.
I grew up in India, Iran, England, New York City and California and trained at the University of Chicago before coming to Denver for my cardiology fellowship. Spending time in so many countries and cities has given me an appreciation for different cultures and provided me with the tools to form strong bonds with people of different socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. My wife and I, as well as our dog, fell in love with Colorado during our three years here while I was training in cardiology. So, after a year of interventional cardiology training in Ann Arbor, Michigan, we were thrilled to permanently come back to Denver in 2017. We’re enjoying being closer to friends and taking advantage of Colorado’s natural beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities.
I chose to pursue interventional cardiology as a specialty because it allows me to not only provide care and comfort to patients and their families in acute settings, but also enables me to form a lasting relationship with them as I provide long-term care for their chronic heart disease. I enjoy listening to each patient's concerns and working with my team of nurses and colleagues to develop an individualized plan of care that meets each patient's expectations, goals and needs. I am currently board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
My wife and I have 2 daughters, who were both born in Denver. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family; cook brunch, Italian, Mexican and Asian food; watch my favorite soccer team, Arsenal; and exercise.
