About me

I am originally from Montreal, Quebec. I graduated from medical school and completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Montreal, followed by a fellowship in sport and exercise medicine at Western University in London, Ontario. I have loved incorporating my knowledge of sport medicine into my family medicine practice. My interest in sport medicine has led me to be involved for many years with varied national-level sports organizations. I worked in Canada for several years prior to moving to Colorado in 2014 with my kids and my husband, who is a Colorado native. With our outdoor nature, it was an obvious choice! I am fortunate to be able to combine leisure and work in such a beautiful place.

About my practice

As a family medicine physician, I feel privileged to be able to see patients of all ages, guide them with their specific health needs and help them stay active and healthy. I strive to build lasting and caring relationships with all of my patients. I believe that knowing my patients and creating a partnership with them allows me to be the best advocate for their health and helps provide them with the best care for their needs. I look forward to seeing you!

How I thrive

In my spare time, I most enjoy spending time outdoors – hiking, cycling and especially downhill skiing with friends and family. And after a full day of activities, nothing relaxes me more than a good book (usually in French)!

Information in this online directory is updated periodically and applies to commercial plans underwritten by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado. The availability of physicians, hospitals, providers, and services may change. To verify whether a provider accepts Kaiser Permanente plans, contact the provider directly. Current provider information is available at kp.org/locations. This information is updated within 72 business hours of receipt from providers. Kaiser Permanente of Colorado attempts to ensure the online directory contains up-to-date information. However, providers are responsible for notifying kp.org of any changes to their information, and untimely communication may result in outdated provider information appearing on the website. The printed directory is current as of the date of publication. Kaiser Permanente is not responsible for use of outdated directories.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.

Information about a practitioner is provided to us by the practitioner or the practitioner's network, or is obtained as part of the credentialing process. An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.

To report any inaccuracies in the directory, contact Member Services. Members may also report inaccuracies at kp.org/memberservices.

Referrals to affiliated/contracted physicians/providers in Denver/Boulder

Affiliated/contracted physicians/providers are not part of the Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG). They are physicians/providers who have a contract with the CPMG.

If your CPMG physician decides that you require covered services not available internally from CPMG, he or she will refer you to an affiliated/contracted physician/provider.

You must have a written referral to the affiliated/contracted physician/provider in order for Kaiser Permanente Colorado to cover the services. A referral is a written authorization from Kaiser Permanente for you to receive a covered service from an affiliated/contracted physician/provider.
