Where I practice
It's a privilege to participate in the lives of patients with significant neurologic disease as a Kaiser Permanente neurologist. I've been a part of this amazing care team since 2007; joining after completing my neurology residency at University of Colorado. Prior to residency, I completed an internship at Exempla St. Joseph's Hospital and earlier my medical degree at University of Colorado, where I graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. I completed my undergraduate study at Gonzaga University, but I was fortunate to grow up under the big skies of Montana.
About my practice
As a neurologist, I am trained to care for diseases of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system. Multiple Sclerosis is an area of special interest for me, but I broadly care for patients with epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and other general neurologic complaints. Another focus of my practice is the use of injections and paralytic agents to treat movement disorders, spasticity, and headaches. Philosophically, I believe people are empowered through knowledge and information, and I actively include patients in decision making. I value the individuality of each person, strive to appreciate their unique perceptive, and seek treatment strategies that work practically in their lives. My home office is Skyline Medical Offices. Additionally, I see patients at the Frisco Medical Offices.
How I thrive
Connectedness, balance, and knowledge are core values in my daily life. I'm grateful to live and be active in beautiful Colorado, pursue meaningful work, and enjoy family and friends.
