Yes, my office is accepting new patients. May require referral.
I am board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology. I graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received my medical doctorate from Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. I completed my Internal Medicine residency at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) and completed a fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Northwestern University in Chicago. I spent two years as an associate professor at OHSU prior to moving to Denver and have been practicing in the area since 2010. My clinical interest and expertise is in cancer clinical trials. Currently, I am the principal investigator for the Colorado Cancer Research Program. In that role, I am the primary physician who oversees the selection, dissemination and conduct of cancer clinical trials for 13 hospitals and oncology clinics across the state of Colorado. I also serve on a National Cancer Institute Breast Cancer Scientific Steering committee.
I believe in bringing innovative therapies to my patients and am involved in working with hospitals and doctors statewide to expand access to cancer clinical trials. My clinical expertise is in the treatment of breast, lung, gynecologic and hematologic malignancies, lymphomas and benign hematology. I believe in personalized, compassionate care and shared decision making. I welcome family involvement.
Outside of my clinical and research work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, birding and practicing yoga.
