My office is accepting new patients. Please call 1-855-208-7221.
I am originally from Southern California and moved to the Bay Area at age 11. I have a background in dance and theater, but have always had an interest in biology and health. I am a single mom of three wonderful active boys and the daughter of an aging mother. We have helped keep Kaiser Permanente in business with our own share of broken bones and lacerations over the last few years. I truly appreciate the wonderful care we have received from my Kaiser Permanente colleagues.I was a Duck at the University of Oregon, then found my way to Colorado and became a Buff at CU. I attended medical school in Chicago and graduated from Midwestern University with a degree in osteopathic medicine. My Ob/Gyn residency was in Wisconsin and I have been practicing Ob/Gyn since 1999. I initially worked in Vail and have been with Kaiser Permanente since 2001. I am a board certified Ob/Gyn.
I enjoy the variety of Ob/Gyn – the opportunity to help take care of women through all ages and aspects of their lives. I enjoy the preventative aspect of medicine and helping women stay as healthy as possible. As I grow older, I appreciate the transitions we go through as we age and am trying to do it gracefully and with joy. Some days, I feel I learn as much from my patients as they learn from me.My home office is Rock Creek Medical Offices. Additionally, I see patients at the Frisco Medical Offices.
Yoga helps me find balance in my life; both physically and emotionally. I enjoy skiing, hiking, listening to music and dancing, and spending precious time with my sons and my mother. I try to practice gratitude and mindfulness and am enjoying working my way through my bucket list (currently it includes learning to scuba dive, improving my Spanish, and dancing more!). I am grateful to be a physician with Kaiser Permanente and live in Colorado. What a wonderful state!
